All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. These terms may not apply to pre-order items that have been marked rightfully so. If you buy an item in preorder paired with an in-stock item, your 2 items will be sent when the preorder is ready for shipping. Delays for preorders are always approximative. Shipping is tracked with Canada Post, from Montreal, QC.
Returns are NOT accepted. When a sale is made, if the address provided by the buyer is wrong and cannot be delivered, the buyer has to pay the taxes from getting it back to sender + the fees to send the package a second time. I am not responsible for any damage caused by postal services. However, if the item is declared lost by postal services, you are elligible for a replacement/refund.
